Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Custom and 3D Printed Products

No refunds are offered on custom-manufactured or 3D printed products once the order is in production.

Design confirmation by the client is final. No changes or cancellations are accepted post-confirmation.

2. Non-Custom Products

Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.

If the item has not been shipped, a refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges and administrative fees (10%).

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with photos/videos showing the damage.

On validation, a replacement will be issued at our discretion.
