Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom and 3D Printed Products

  • No refunds are offered on custom-manufactured or 3D printed products once the order is in production.

  • Design confirmation by the client is final. No changes or cancellations are accepted post-confirmation.

2. Non-Custom Products

  • Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • If the item has not been shipped, a refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges and administrative fees (10%).

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with photos/videos showing the damage.

  • On validation, a replacement will be issued at our discretion.
